Avanade is continuing to develop its global Digital Experiences Advisory practice and is looking for experienced talent from consulting, design, marketing, business or tech backgrounds who can help clients see new opportunities and work across the Avanade organization to develop and deliver them.

This role requires people who are part creative, part technology but 100% committed to helping clients achieve their business outcomes through great experiences.

We are looking for leaders who can develop productive relationships at C Suite level and work across multi-disciplinary functions and teams to deliver agreed outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Working hand in glove with our client sales team serve as the Advisory lead on client human-centred experience transformation opportunities leading both strategy and delivery/ road map initiatives.
  • Develop strong and productive working relationships with clients. Understand their business objectives, customer needs, industry challenges, market trends, and growth opportunities.  
  • Bring together and lead cross functional teams to design, facilitate, and lead stakeholder interview and assessment or innovation/ design thinking workshops.
  • Use the data and insights gained to lead the development of actionable strategies, tactics and roadmaps working with colleagues from Studios (UX design, creative) digital marketing technology (web platforms, eCommerce, CRM) and Data & AI to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Lead the development, management, and presentation of deliverables to clients, internal teams and sales at management and C suite/ Executive levels.
  • Drive a culture of consistent and ongoing client upsell and cross sell opportunities to develop long lasting client relationships.



Required Experience

  • Significant advisory experience in customer and or employee experience strategy, digital transformation, experience design, or marketing/ marketing technology.
  • Conducting workshops, stakeholder and customer interviews and generating insights from research.
  • Assessing experiences landscape performance from tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics, social listening, high level journey mapping, use case development, and other methods such as Google Trends.
  • Working with client stakeholders across marketing, strategy, analytics, technology and IT at the management and executive levels (e.g. Dir., VP, SVP, C-suite).
  • Leading and managing multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams to develop ground breaking and disruptive ideas and business models that are actionable. Being responsible for ensuring that client outcomes are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing platforms and technologies such Adobe, Sitecore, marketing automation and eCommerce platforms, CRM etc.     
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Office365.  
  • Can lead or support multiple engagements under significant deadline pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a geographically dispersed team-based environment on multiple priorities
  • Expert level written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to travel where required in either North America or Europe depending on role location.
  • Bachelor’s degree or requisite agency, or consultancy experience
