As Digital Content and SEO Specialist, you will play a key role within the Digital Marketing department delivering SEO and onsite content promotion strategies aligned to the corporate website ( Having a pulse on search engine trends, continually monitoring and adjusting strategic terms, and coordinating activities and best practices across marketing and content owners to support the discovery of Avanade content will be the norm. 

Job responsibilities include:
  • Identify web content promotion and SEO opportunities, develop strategic recommendations, and oversee implementation spanning on-site, off-site, and technical tactics to drive brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation
  • Monitor corporate website performance: track, measure, and provide insight around specific SEO and content marketing goals
  • Coordinate directly with content owners, social teams and other writing resources to ensure SEO reviews and cross-site promotions are considered for strategic content 
  • Evangelize content and SEO best-practices across departments
  • Stay current with industry trends and methodologies

What you need:
  • 2-4 years of SEO and digital content marketing experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of search engines, how they work, and the factors involved in rankings
  • Familiarity with enterprise SEO and strategies to influence thousands of web pages in many languages
  • Intermediate knowledge of on-site, off-site, and technical SEO
  • Experience with SEO tools like Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with web content management processes at a global scale recommended Basic web copy writing and editing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and staff across various time zones
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Self-reliant and results oriented
