Job Description

The DSS Delivery Excellence Lead will be a key member of the Global Solution Areas (GSA) DSS COE and Business Applications Team.  Reporting directly to the Digital Sales & Service COE Leader, you will have sales & revenue responsibility for the growth of Avanade's DSS Global business with a focus on DSS Program Delivery.

 

You will act as a “hands on” delivery leader responsible for the Regional commitment to Avanade's best practice for DSS solution delivery and upkeep of the DSS COE POV and data needed for our optimal delivery practices.  This role will drive strategic DSS deals from a delivery perspective and actively engage in pre-sales activities to ensure price competitiveness.  Your focus includes collaboration across our GSAs to ensure adoption of DSS solutions that create great outcomes for our clients, as well as build, leverage, and maintain partnerships with Accenture and Microsoft.  You actively engage in our Communities of Practice and partner with L&D to ensure our CRM TC capability has knowledge to stay at least at pace with our growing DSS business and ever changing D365 CE platform

 

You Have a Strong Understanding of and Experience in:

·        D365 Delivery experience within Avanade using Avanade Delivery Methodology

·        DMA all levels complete

·        Deal and Project QA experience

·        AEP, MME, MMS experience

·        PMP certification is preferred

·        Strong pre-sales large deal support, including DCSO

·        Driving outcome-based delivery cycles

·        Provide “hands on” support to each region with their end-to-end project shape and staffing for Strategic/Large DSS deals

 

Your Leadership Experience Encompasses:

·        Experience in roles with growing responsibility within premier professional services/management consulting or technology firms

·        Lead teams within a highly matrixed, global organization

·        Experience delivering complex business technology solutions for client organizations that have contributed directly to, or enabled, improved customer/employee experience, profitability, responsiveness, reputational enhancement, and top talent retention

·        Lead the pursuit of engagements to positive closure, maintaining the relationship through the delivery phase resulting in repeat client business

·        Create intellectual capital such as white papers, marketing collateral and webinars

·        BA/BS degree or country equivalent experience
