CRM managers are involved in all stages of the project lifecycle. As a vital part of the team you will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CE applications. The role can be tailored to your strengths and preferences – whether you’re a Dynamics 365 subject matter expert, a technical or functional architect, or a project manager.

On a day-to-day basis, you might:

  • Work with Avanade delivery teams and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into system design and new functionality
  • Lead client workshops
  • Coach colleagues and members of your team
  • Advise clients on their cloud migration strategy
  • Refine a product backlog together with client representatives
  • Manage an onshore, nearshore or offshore team
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, LogicApps or something completely different
  • Extend Dynamics 365 CE with plugins, workflow activities or Azure Functions
  • Customize user interfaces with business rules, JavaScript or custom built React-applications
  • Travel to clients - depending on your client project, you must be flexible to travel regionally on a weekly basis
We are looking for someone who:

  • Is organized, energetic and as comfortable in front of a board room as before a white board with your development team
  • Can communicate and present complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Has experience with Dynamics 365 CE or another CRM-system
  • Learns quickly and has a passion for technology
  • Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or business
  • Is a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision  
  • Speaks English fluently and is highly proficient in one of the Scandinavian languages

Our dream candidate might also have:

  • Project management experience
  • A Dynamics 365 CE / CRM certification
  • Experience working with Azure
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, React and JQuery
  • Experience with C# and the .NET-framework
