Your role:

  • You have a holistic knowledge of clients, their strategic objectives, customers and industry, and able to align The Studio's capabilities with their business goals.
  • You lead a portfolio of clients and are accountable for meeting both revenue growth targets and client expectations.
  • You are liable for the quality of work produced for the clients and remain connected to work that is in-flight to ensure the project vision is executed to both the agency's and client's expectations.
  • You develop, lead, execute and refine account plans for the clients to meet client retention and budget targets, and support the Director of Client Services in providing accurate forecasting.
  • You build a relationship based on credibility, insight and trust with the clients as a basis to identify, propose and convert new projects and campaigns that meet their value and revenue objectives.
  • You handle and lead client meetings, showcases, pitches etc as the key member of the team, ensuring everything I present is accurate, polished and meaningful.
  • You are responsible for the development and ongoing management of commercial agreements including MSA's, Statements of Work, Changes of Scope, Retainers, Billing and overarching program of work reporting.
  • You are answerable for ensuring that Finance conducts timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for the clients.
