Regional Global Solution Area (GSA) Lead - Business Applications

As a Regional GSA Lead for Canada, you will be responsible for the overall strategy, performance and growth of Business Applications. You’ll develop GSA business strategy, across Client Engagement, Finance & Operations, Digital Marketing (including Sitecore) and Advisory services, including oversight and delivery against sales and financial performance measures. In partnership with regional executives and the Area GSA Lead, you’ll strategize future offering investments to grow the business using the Microsoft Ecosystem!

In this role, you will manage full-spectrum, cross-GSA solutions delivery for clients. You will partner with Talent Community Lead and Regional Capability Lead on hiring, staffing, and resourcing skills needed for utilization and chargeability targets. In addition, you’ll optimize use of the Global Delivery Network (GDN) to maintain effective business operations and project outcomes, while preparing our organization for market changes.

Collaborate with business development teams and peer GSA Leads to drive, Microsoft Field Sellers and the Accenture Microsoft Business Group, offerings to target clients, including all stages of the deal pursuit, review and approval. Lead solution planning and design efforts across teams and workstreams to deliver value for clients, ensuring client satisfaction! Partner with executive level clients, ensuring they receive required engagement value and supporting future sales pipeline.

Manage the quality delivery of solutions to clients; meeting company and client financial expectations, mitigating future and resolving present quality and client delivery issues to estimate EAC outcomes. Manage budget against assigned Area/Region metrics; provide forecasting and sales pipeline analysis to support processes.

Required Experience:

  • 15+ years' relevant technology business leadership experience, including solution sales, delivery and business management,
  • 5 years of people leadership particularly within a consultancy organization.
  • Experience delivering large/complex ERP Or CRM solutions within medium & large organizations.
  • Microsoft background/experience (D365)
  • Experience with sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management
  • Ability to team with peers in a large, matrixed organizations, including experience with off-shore teams and delivery
  • Experience delivering solutions for client organizations through complex solutions / projects with heavy client interaction
  • Strong consulting / project-based background, including assessing and leading the opportunity and risk associated with large scale, complex projects.

Bachelor's degree in Business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
