What we’re looking for in Graduates

 Degree in a Business / STEM  related field. Humanities reviewed equally alongside skill set.  Minimum of 2:1 classification with 340 UCAS points at A-Level.

For our technical grad roles, you should be familiar with Microsoft technologies, Java or C++Familiarity with UML, AGILE and SCRUM methodologies would be beneficial

Evidence of an interest in technology such as a website/blog, internship, school projects or developing applications.

Consultancy skills: These are client facing positions, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

You should be autonomous/ a self-starter / creative / intellectually curious / a team player and not afraid of new challenges and technology.
