Job Description

As the ASEAN Intelligent Automation Offering Lead, you carry the overall accountability for performance and growth of this offering. You’ll partner with other offering leaders to define and implement a strategy for offering identification and investments. In this role, you’ll serve as the “face” of the offering both internally and externally, supporting pre-sales, tailoring, sales and delivery, as well as management of capability and capacity. In addition, connect globally with offering alliance partners, including Accenture and Microsoft. 

Your main responsibility is to drive the ASEAN Intelligent Automation offering

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Responsible for driving the strategy and design, and ensuring delivery of robotic and intelligent automation solutions; understanding our client’s business challenges and integrating capabilities such as RPA, machine learning, NLP, and intelligent assistants to create seamless solutions
  • Lead pre-sales, solution planning and solution design efforts for sales pursuits related to the ASEAN Intelligent Automation offering
  • Lead relevant business development efforts, including account building, pursuits and practice development
  • Lead and contribute towards effective delivery to clients, including project mobilization, delivery innovation and quality assurance
  • Educate, enable and coach account teams to position ASEAN Intelligent Automation offerings with clients in making strategic decisions and implementing intelligent automation solutions in functional areas such as Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, with increasing demand for heart of the business solutions like engineering and sales
  • Enable and empower your global Intelligent Automation offering team members to support you in implementing the global offering plan and Serve as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology enabled solutions tailored to solve business challenges
  • Drive our partner relationships including those with Microsoft, Accenture, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere at the offering level
  • Work with clients to develop strategy and governance for the broader organizational intelligent automation program and goals (e.g., establishment of COE, complex business case creation)
  • Review client engagement deliverables (e.g., Business Cases, CoE playbooks, process design documents, test strategies and plans) to ensure quality of content and presentation aligned with statement of work and Deloitte standards
  • Collaborate with firm technical leaders to understand and bring to bear innovative RPA and AI / Cognitive and digital technologies to transform business processes
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of the business where RPA, ANALYTICS, ML, NLP and other AI solutions can drive significant business benefit
  • Oversee and as necessary, review deals according to deal approval matrix
  • Partner with senior client leadership throughout the course of planning and implementation engagements, and serve as a liaison with the technical team and client team
  • Monitor contract performance with delivery leads to surface issues and contribute to resolutions as well as manage escalation of key staffing and coordinate across geographies to meet delivery commitments
  • Identify high-priority solution areas within the offering and help prioritize internal investment initiatives
  • Coordinate with technical teams to identify and triage performance and operational issues that arise throughout the course of automation implementations
  • Travel as required by the business 

About you

You are business technology executive looking for a challenge in the exciting domain of Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence. You have experience in growing and leading a medium to large scale, international business technology services organization with a history of developing Automations involving Robotics Process Automation, Smart Process Automation and Analytics solutions to deliver impactful business and client outcomes. As a business leader, you also have a track record in selling and delivering Intelligent Automations solutions to clients. You have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills, with experience of leading a high-growth, high-demand, top talent global team.

In addition, your professional skillset likely includes: 

  • Pre-sales, solutioning or delivery background in Robotics Process Automations (RPA) and Analytics including experience of providing architectural direction for solutions
  • Consulting experience with a passion for driving RPA solutions and leading through advisory including Data Governance, Data Analytics strategy & Roadmap
  • Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Tableau, Power BI, Azure Services and Cognitive Services on Azure. 
  • Successful business development and market making within a diverse customer portfolio and complex channel management 
  • Building impactful partnerships with ecosystem of partners including organizations of a scale, complexity and sophistication like Accenture and Microsoft
  • Demonstrated managerial, leadership and effective peer teaming expertise in large, multinational, organizations with globally distributed teams
  • Ability to achieve through influence and effective navigation of matrixed organizations

You likely possess a bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience:

  • An advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred, particularly technical (IT, engineering, or related). 
  • You have 15 years or more relevant business technology leadership experience, including solution sales, creation, delivery and business management, and around 10 years of demonstrated people and/or business leadership experience, particularly within a consultancy. 
  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of RPA, including market-leading trends and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, and WorkFusion.) as well as other AI solutions (AZURE COGNITIVE SERVICES, ML, NLP, etc.).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Travel as required by the business 
  • Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific work streams of larger projects.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.
