About the job  

As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Belgium & the Netherlands, you’ll be responsible for the entire recruitment process of IT-professionals at Avanade; from drafting job postings to contract offers, you’ll be the link between the candidates and the business. You know where to find the talent and how to attract them via different channels, not only online platforms such as LinkedIn, but also events or workshops. You’re a dynamic person who’s able to discuss and determine the best recruitment strategies with your business partners based on the current market situation and your experience.  

As a recruiter, you’re in the middle of an (international) organization, so you’ll have the opportunity to network and meet colleagues from all over the world. Sharing ideas, experiences, and knowledge is what Avanade is all about; every day is different, so bring on your creative ideas and energy! 

 


What do you take with you? 

You strengthen our team with your: 

  • +2 years of experience in successfully recruiting IT consultants (preferably in the Microsoft field). 
  • Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving mentality and the ability to perform your daily activities based on relevant data. 
  • Enthusiasm, your ability to spot opportunities and take initiative. You bring your 'can do' mentality to our team, and you are ready to grow Avanade Netherlands and Belgium together. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Both orally and in writing in Dutch and English.
