Some key elements of the role will include:


Responsible for -

  • Strategizing and driving the acquisition of talent for the Avanade Security Business across Europe
  • Building a skills development plan to understand what is required in conjunction with the European Capability Lead
  • Developing and delivering an approach that sees no geographic restrictions in Europe for top talent
  • Supporting regions with Global/Area level programs (Cyber Academy, diversity, sourcing, upskilling etc.)

Accountable for -

  • Ensuring EU regional business needs are addressed by aligning resources requirements across all regions
  • Consolidating and reporting on Security capability demands, trends across EU
  • Establish and drive the Security Operation governance across regions with all stakeholders about EU demand-supply trends


In this role you will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, your local country team and our European peers, our Regional HR team, Hiring Managers, and external groups, to facilitate an efficient and effective recruiting process. Your role will also contribute to various initiatives and special projects as needed, with the support of Talent Acquisition Leadership.

You will be working in a matrixed consulting environment recruiting technology talent, ideally Microsoft Security skillsets. Experience recruiting candidates with tech skills in a fast-paced niche market is a plus. You will be supported by a fantastic and close-knit Talent Acquisition team as we work together to achieve amazing results.
