About the role: 

As an Group Manager in the Workplace Advisory practice, you bring industry knowledge and experience to solve business operations challenges for our clients. You have a proven track record of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders (like CTOs, COOs and Digital Transformation leaders), and shaping intelligent enterprise and functional operating models and processes that balance efficiency, agility and growth. You have a wealth of experience in leading complex transformation programmes that bring together technology, people and operations to show business impact.   


In this role, you will: 

Day-to-day you will:- 

  • Lead team(s) to design and deliver operations consulting services for clients including oversight of solutioning and sales processes 
  • Be mentor and coach to junior people, enabling the growth of next generation of experts-Lead other practice-building activities (e.g. professional communities; teaching) in area of expertise 
  • Build, maintain, and utilize networks of client relationships to help identify and proactively address client needs 
  • Bring market and industry intelligence on key trends driving transformation and change – and lived experience of how to drive continuous change in organisations 
  • Lead the design and implementation of new enterprise and functional operating models as well as business processes that deliver simple, connected and seamless experiences for the business  
  • Turn information into insight by leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data 
  • Assess and develop strategies to mitigate identified strategic risks 
  • Become a part of our client's business processes to help you work effectively achieve your target chargeability rate on billable work  
  • Manage partnership with stakeholders ensuring alignment of client business needs and solutions-Ownership of program execution, deliverable use planning, and/or communication and training skills 


Your skills: 

Your technical/non-technical skills include: -  

  • Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure 
  • Understanding of emerging technology trends and the commercial offerings that support them-  
  • Aptitude for leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses within analytical frameworks- 
  • Written and oral communication skills that enable you to convey strategic concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple levels- 
  • Ability to formulate and present a point of view to technical and non-technical stakeholders- 
  • Extensive experience in using professional services to help clients address complex issues of enterprise architecture and technology strategy- 
  • Experience working through highly complex problems, often requiring analysis of near-intangible factors to creating creative solutioning and high strategy   
  • 6+ years of consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and secure collaboration strategies. 
  • Experience selling large, integrated workplace solutions, and the associated organisational/business change as a sales leader. 
  • Experience in providing outstanding insights from a range of industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their employee propositions, changes to business processes and ways of working 
  • Workplace solution experience should cover one or more of the following: 
  • Solution and architecture blueprints 
  • Operating model and organisation changes 
  • Solutions for network enabled co-creation and innovation 
  • Task and/or process automation and augmentation 
  • Business impacts considerations and mitigations
