Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution Architect - Manager / Group Manager - Future Opportunities
You look at complex businesses like a puzzle, seeing the big picture clearly and how all the pieces fit together. You are the ultimate authority on how to design software and system architecture that will free a business to move faster.
About you
CRM is at the heart of everything you do. You bring expertise and creativity to designing solutions architecture and transforming businesses from the inside out. You instinctively know the right architecture to solve your clients’ challenges and make them happy, and how to support your teams in delivering it.
About the job
As Manager of CRM Solution Development, you play an essential role in developing effective systems to help your clients track their customer engagement, sales, service, marketing and retention. You’re as comfortable working with your team as you are designing technical solutions and measuring the effectiveness of a project.
Day to day, you will:
- Enable the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
- Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects
- defining technical, operational and user requirements
- Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction, including managing offshore teams
- Support sales activities
- Travel as needed
Your skills
You’re proud of your positive and lasting client relationships and the architecture you’ve built to solve their business challenges. You love working in an informal environment where you can realize results through your own discernment and methodologies. You’re a natural leader and have more than nine years of professional experience. You’re likely to have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an associated subject.
Ideally, your experience will also include:
- Leading projects that involve significant coordination, with the freedom to use your own judgment
- Using your excellent interpersonal skills to win clients, build teams and give persuasive written and verbal presentations
- Understanding common industry-standard business practices supported by CRM
- Extensive experience with CRM or other business management software, especially Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, Microsoft .NET, etc.
