Job Description

We are looking for new developers to join our ever growing team! As a Production Support Developer, you will perform activities in all layers of the stack, from setting up the database to programming in the backend /front-end. You may also be involved in all stages of software, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Never having two days the exact same sounds like your type of environment!


Day-to-day, you will:


  • Scope out and develop new features and enhancements with a previously built and supported application to meet our clients ongoing needs
  • Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for improvements to the application
  • Prioritize and manage ticket escalation, meeting the required deadlines for ticket response and resolution
  • Investigate and triage incidents according to a defined incident management process
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported defects within our supported set of applications
  • Manage work effort of team, addressing client concerns and queries and ensuring high quality standards are maintained
  • Lead all aspects of a production environment to ensure metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are being adhered to

Your background likely consists of:


  • Foundational skills in Object Oriented Programming and database skills
  • Hands-on experience working with large scale production environments with minimal downtime
  • Development experience with some or all the following technologies: Angular, C#/.NET, WPF, SQL Server, Java, SharePoint and Web Technologies (XML/JavaScript/AJAX)
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system and application issues.
  • You have college diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field with 1-3 or more years of experience working in an application support or development role.
