Role Overview

As an Analyst, Talent Acquisition, you will assist with Global or Area recruiting programs and provide support with sourcing, screening, data entry and/or pre-onboarding administration activities. Additionally, you will help ensure that the recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are in compliance with EEO guidelines.

Key Role Responsabilities 

- Perform screening interviews 
- Assist in administrative and documentation activities with interviewers, hiring managers, and other employees as needed 
- Use tools and licenses associated with talent acquisition 
- Assist with vendor management activities under guidance from senior team members
- Respond to candidates, interviewers, hiring managers 
- Provide additional operational support in ongoing Talent Acquisition activities

Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements

- Has basic presentation, communication, active listening and story-telling skills
- Comfort with high tech and fast paced culture
- Some understanding of boolean search
- Can build and manage relationship with colleagues and customers

Preferred Education Background

You will likely possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR, Business or Psychology recommended
