As a Senior Recruiter, we’ll give you the power to shape our business, through the people you help us hire.

Working in partnership with our hiring managers, you’ll ensure that our core business areas maintain the title as top employers. In this role, you will:

  • Act as a recruiter for your assigned business, managing multiple roles, strengthening client-recruitment relationships, and maintaining talent pipelines

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies and techniques for all assigned roles, with a focus on pivotal hard-to-fill positions

  • Collaborate and strategically align with global and regional recruitment leaders

  • Define new and/or update all job specifications, to meet the business climate, market and demand

  • Handle recruiting data integrity and tracking, for your allocated business area

Your skills.

You’ve had plenty of success recruiting for technology-focused companies, and are ready for your next challenge. You quickly connect with people who have data & AI, application & infrastructure or modern workplace skill sets, and other hot tech skills because you’re as passionate about innovation as they are. Your strong communication and presentation skills, adaptability and collaborative working style stem from experience in a complex environment, such as consulting.

Naturally, you’re across all general recruiting principles and practices and you probably have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business or psychology, although we’ll also consider equivalent experience. We’d love it if you had certification in behavioural interviewing, as well as an in-depth understanding of negotiation and persuasions research. You have more than five years’ experience in recruitment.

Ideally, your experience includes:

  • End-to-end recruiting processes and programs

  • Exposure into at least one of the following business areas: Data & AI, Modern Workplace, Application & Infrastructure

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including active listening and storytelling

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies

  • Recruiting and collaborating across all career levels

  • Building strong internal and external relationships
