The Executive, Data & AI Solution Area Lead-Europe will be a key member of the Global Solution Areas (GSA) and European Leadership Teams. Reporting directly to the Global Data & AI Solution Areas Executive, you will lead and grow the Data & AI business for Europe.

As a thought leader, you will transform and develop the existing capabilities, positioning Avanade as an innovator for customers and partners alike.

You will effectively partner directly with our Accenture and Microsoft parent companies to achieve all goals.

Within a Highly Collaborative and Matrixed Organization, You Will:

  • Drive measurable and sustained growth across Europe’s Data & AI Solution Area

  • Be known for your "client-centric" approach and delivery excellence

  • Drive strong Managed Services and multi-year engagements for Data & AI

  • Champion differentiated commercial models and outcomes for our clients

  • Leverage offshore and near-shore sales, solutioning, and delivery capabilities to produce results with excellence

  • Lead with a diverse mindset, Avanade Values, and a strong focus on the development of your team and those around you

  • Partner with Global/Regional Executives and Regional Sales Leads to achieve both strategic and operational targets for growth

  • Conduct territory planning, pipeline development, complex channel management, strategic deal shaping, bid management, and on-going pre-sales effectiveness program focus

As the Executive, Data & AI Solution Area Lead-Europe, you are client-focused and have extensive expertise borne of a technology services environment.  You have experience leveraging large-scale systems integrations, consulting services, and/or managed services to successful business outcomes.  You are a passionate and impactful Data & AI Business Leader.

Accountabilities and Metrics

  • Global Solution Areas, Data & AI Europe overall Sales and Revenue targets

  • Europe Data & AI Sold profitability targets

  • Specific MU/Industry-focused sales targets

A Background of Experience and Proven Aptitude in the Following Areas:
  • Leading with a client centric approach, growing, and leading a large scale, highly profitable technology services business, preferably with multi-country scope

  • Identifying, originating, developing, and delivering multi-year, Data & AI solutions with Managed Services

  • Collaborating in a borderless Global Practice leveraging skills and capabilities for sales and delivery from across the world, and heavily engaging Global Delivery capabilities

  • Assessing and managing the opportunity and risk associated with large scale complex services/consulting engagements

  • Track record of CxO impact, developing and growing long term, high value customer relationships

  • Selling, architecting, and building AI led, preferably industry focused solutions Sales and delivery experience with multi-site, offshore/onshore delivery models

  • Knowledge of AI tools and techniques including predictive and statistical modelling, machine learning, virtual agents, intelligent automation (preferable)

  • Knowledge of data science/AI practices and processes including building industry relevant data sets, machine learning, predictive analysis, exploratory data analysis, text mining, virtual agents, image recognition, IOT related analytics etc.

  • Implementing sales principles and practices, including business development, marketing, and complex channel management
