Join our team as the ERP Learning Business Partner and support the learning for one of Avanade's fastest growing communities.  Our ERP community of over 1100 technologists specialize in Dynamics 365 F&O, and in this role you will help power their skills evolution even further.  You will partner with senior leadership stakeholders globally as we work together to stretch the capabilities of the Microsoft ecosystem.

As part of the Global Learning team, you will partner with subject matter experts to deliver distinctive learning experiences that help our people build in-demand skills. As we continue to grow in size, scale, and complexity, our workforce will be ready for the projects and careers of the future.

Key accountabilities: 
  • Ready our ERP Talent Community (+1100 people) with the skills needed to step onto client engagements with confidence
  • Identify market-relevant priority skills in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Own and evolve our ERP curriculum including role-based learning paths
  • Create, build and deliver distinctive learning experiences with flexibility and scalability in mind
  • Help us stay the #1 most certified Microsoft Partner 
  • Talent Community engagement: connect with talent community leaders and members to drive uptake of learning opportunities and understand future learning needs
  • Partner Enablement: help our people build capability by working with key training partners
You are a critical thinker with a passion for learning and creating innovative solutions and:
  • Have a passion for training and are keen to help others advance their careers
  • Have a perspective on what makes training and certification accessible, engaging, effective and fun for consultants and instructors
  • Have a “consultant” mindset – a keen and curious learner, who enjoys versatility, change and a quick pace  
  • Build strong global stakeholder relationships and work well with new hires to senior executives from all Areas and Regions
  • Are organized and self-driven, able to manage multiple priorities and execute complex projects 
  • Enjoy ramping up on new technologies to expand your breadth of expertise 
  • Are a strong observer and listener who can provide concise constructive feedback  
  • Have excellent communication skills – verbal, written and presentation  
Your technical skillset and experience likely includes:
  • Microsoft D365 F&O/AX2012 implementation experience 
  • Recent Microsoft certification (such as MB-300 Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations; MB-310 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant)
  • Instructor/Training experience, course facilitation, instructional design, curriculum design, and content curation experience is a plus
