TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD DACH (m/w/x)

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for the DACH region, you are responsible for the whole TA team, for the process including budget, pipeline, employer branding and for stakeholder management. You are a strategic thinker, bring a progressive, innovative and “thinking outside of the box” style to Talent Acquisition and you are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You will be responsible for sharing best practices, implement and improve our processes and drive creative ideas to improve the candidate experience. You like to be in the first row, are an extraordinary presenter and storyteller.


Day-to-day, you will:

  • You are responsible for leading our recruiting team of 16 recruiters in the DACH region.
  • You ensure your team's performance, help them achieve their goals and mentor, coach and motivate for their personal development
  • Plan the recruiting strategy with the business and implement it with your team always in close alignment with HR Director, Capability lead and Executive Leadership
  • You are responsible for building up a diverse pipeline
  • Stakeholder Management with different seniority levels is one of your major tasks
  • You are responsible to develop new processes to ensure efficient work and cooperation
  • Responsible for the planning and tracking of the recruiting budget in coordination with our COO and European Talent Acquisition Leadership
  • You regularly evaluate external resources (e.g., recruiting channels) and observe new recruiting trends.
  • Although you are responsible for managing the team, you will still be searching for talents and conducting interviews (especially Director roles and top management).

About You


Your Likely Experience:

  • You have proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition in a scaling environment – ideally for IT positions in an international corporation.
  • You have at least 8 years of professional experience in a leadership position in TA.
  • You are a dynamic & strategic mindset to lead the team to our ambitious growth targets.
  • You have experience with working with different stakeholders and balancing different expectations
  • You have the drive and enthusiasm to take on the challenge of finding the best talents for our growth journey.
  • You are passionate about sourcing and attracting talent to meet current and future business needs.
  • You have knowledge of recruitment trends and a proactive approach to using the latest tools and technologies
  • Your German is at a native level and your English is at a very good level
