This is a new contract opportunity for an Incident Management Processes expert to support in designing an Incident Management Process for the client's security team.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Define and Scope the Incident Management Process for Security Operations and document the process e.g. Malware Protection, Network Security etc. (Not related security and data breaches more tool/application specific).
  • Define SLAs
  • Define RACI Matrix
  • Create and Define Incident Reports per category including time duration to resolve incident
  • KPI Reporting
  • Work with Service Management Team to implement the process in ServiceNow
    • Provide ability via email or other communication means to keep the user updated throughout the life of the incident
  • Presenting the defined process to all relevant Stakeholders

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous Experience in creating and document Incident Management Processes for Security Operations Teams (Not related security and data breaches more tool/application specific)
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Confident in engaging with Stakeholders 


Duration: 3 months initially
